Refund Policy

 

We accept returns & refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, the unused product must be returned and in similar condition as when you received it. You are also required to send us a short explanation as to your reason for returning the product.

 

How to Initiate a Product Return

To complete your return, contact us by email or phone. You will send the unused product to the address we provide. Our shipping address information will be sent to your email once your return has been approved.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed, unless by special arrangement. We recommend having the item tracked, if the item does not arrive or is lost, your refund will be void, as it has not been received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as we can.
